Vibrational alignment is an in-person energy rebalancing session with a specialized practitioner. Sound frequencies and hand positioning are applied along with breath work and meditative visualization to address physical and emotional imbalances.

Bioenergy is renewable, measurable energy created from natural, biological sources. For many years conventional medicine has recognized that the energy flow disorders in the body are an imbalance that is indicative of illness and uses various means to monitor the energy flow in the body. Doctors examine the energy activity of the heart with Electrocardiography (ECG), the energy activity of the brain with Electroencephalography (EEG) and the energy activity of muscles with Electromyography (EMG) activity to determine the health status of an individual. There is constant energy activity in all cells, organs and glands as this vast vital energy system of life perpetuates. Medical universities around the world are now teaching the theory and practice of energy medicine and other integrative approaches useful to rebalance it.  With important clinical studies demonstrating the effectiveness of energy medicine, bioenergy was first recognized as therapeutic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1976. The scientific limit of health and well-being began to change as a result of studies carried out in many institutions such as UCLA, Harvard Medical, Tufts University and New York Medical College. For more than forty years such forms of treatment are considered complementary and beneficial to medical and surgical intervention to address disorder and pain.  Energy-based therapies are often the key to moving healing forward, and truly stepping out of physical/ symptom-based medicine and into integrative health approaches. Mind-body-spirit medicine is quickly gaining momentum and becoming mainstream. Vibrational therapies are a non-invasive, gentle, natural and effective way to heal.

Acoustic therapies are becoming more and more popular as a means to promote self-healing within the body. Sound is an ancient healing medium – it has been utilized for well being around the globe for thousands of years. Since the late 40’s sound therapy has been slowly recognized as an effective treatment by medical organizations.

Certain frequencies of sound are used as part of therapies in order to manipulate human brainwaves to promote healing of the body and mind. Sound frequency healing has been used to treat several different kinds of ailments such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, and disorders of the nervous system.

Aside from its ability to physically heal the body, sound healing has a strong ability to induce positive psychological impacts in the human mind. From the effects of music therapy on autistic children to the cognitive rewiring associated with frequency therapy, sound has been shown to heal the body in all sorts of ways.

Sound waves consist of regions of air which move back and forth together, carrying both kinetic energy and mechanical potential energy (and usually end up as thermal energy when the sound is absorbed). Many living and non-living things make sounds even though our ears do not allow us to hear all the frequencies.

Sound can be thought of as simply the energy that objects create when they are vibrating. The energy will move through the air, making it vibrate in every direction until the vibrations hit your ear, and this is what causes the perception of sound.Sound is the travel of energy through the air and its arrival at the ear.

A tuning fork is an acoustic resonator in the form of a two-pronged fork with the prongs formed from a U-shaped bar of elastic metal. It resonates at a specific constant pitch when set vibrating by striking it against a surface or with an object, and emits a pure musical tone once the high overtones fade out.

Tuning Forks Therapy is particularly indicated for:

  • Burnout and Stress management
  • Accompanying spiritual processes and life changes
  • Recovering from physical trauma

It can also help with a variety of issues such as:

  • Chronic pain
  • Exhaustion
  • Hypersensitive nervous system
